Reservations and Payments

Guest Responsibilities

• The guest booking the accommodation is responsible for all members of their party.

• Guests must respect the property, its contents, and its community. Any damage caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.

Liability

• THREE43 ON B is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property. We recommend utilizing in-room safes and securing valuables.

• The use of amenities, such as the rooftop pool or common areas, is at your own risk. Guests are advised to adhere to safety guidelines provided.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 11 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
